The injunction was granted by Mr. Justice Knowles in the Commercial Court in London.

In our cases, Knowles J found that there was solid evidence of a risk of dissipation on the defendant’s part because the defendant’s director dissipated assets of its other company, which was (at the time of the application) being pursued in criminal proceedings in Switzerland for bankruptcy related offences and money laundering.
