He has broad experience in the resolution of disputes under GAFTA and FOSFA pro formas, charter parties and bills of lading. Danil is admitted to the bar in Ukraine. He is also an arbitrator of the Caspian Arbitration Society. We believe that CIS counties are well known for their important role in soft commodities trading and there is a growing demand for legal services in this sphere.
