Welcoming Youjin Jo as our new Senior Associate!
We are thrilled to introduce our newest team member, Youjin Jo, who joins our company as a Senior Associate. With an impressive background as a dual-qualified lawyer in both New York and England & Wales, Youjin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization.
Prior to joining us, Youjin spent over four years at the esteemed international law firm, WilmerHale, where she honed her skills and worked on a variety of high-profile cases. She gained extensive knowledge and practical experience through her involvement in a wide range of legal proceedings, including the English High Court, ICC, LCIA, SIAC, and UNCITRAL.
Youjin's professional repertoire covers a broad spectrum of legal matters. Notably, she was involved in post-M&A ICC arbitration cases, effectively resolving disputes arising from joint venture agreements. Additionally, she has engaged in treaty arbitration against states, including the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), amongst others.
With Youjin's arrival, we are confident that her remarkable expertise will greatly enhance our team's capabilities and further bolster our commitment to delivering top-notch legal services to our valued clients.
