Specialisation
Mertcan is Of-Counsel at Fortior Law. He has gained experience as a legal case manager at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center and in a dispute resolution law firm in Turkey.
Mertcan focuses on commercial law matters as well as international litigation and arbitration, intellectual property and sports law. He also deals with investment matters.
Mertcan was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2015, and can assist with Turkish law issues including corporate law, business set-up, immigration law and Turkish passport scheme for investors.
