Erlan has a strong expertise in all aspects of commercial law, dispute resolution and compliance matters.Erlan holds an LL.M. in International Business Law and an LL.M. in Compliance from the University of Fribourg. His working languages are English, Russian, French, Kyrgyz and Kazakh. Prior to joining Fortior, Erlan worked for the Investigative Prosecutor in Bishkek, and then for boutique law firms in Chicago and Lausanne.
