New Counsel – Erlan Moldoshev

Fortior Law is pleased to announce and welcome Erlan Moldoshev as its CIS qualified Counsel. Erlan has a strong expertise in all aspects of commercial law, dispute resolution and compliance matters.Erlan holds an LL.M. in International Business Law and an LL.M. in Compliance from the University of Fribourg. His working languages are English, Russian, French, Kyrgyz and Kazakh. Prior to joining Fortior, Erlan worked for the Investigative Prosecutor in Bishkek, and then for boutique law firms in Chicago and Lausanne. Fortior is looking to expand into the CIS and strengthen its role as a bridge between CIS businesses and Western European legal services. Erlan is the ideal person to help us achieve this.
