Our Taipei office specialises in international trade law disputes (anti-dumping investigations, safeguards and price undertakings) in Taiwanese and other Asian markets as well as transactional and international dispute resolution support in East Asia.

We have supported international clients in Chinese arbitration, litigation and criminal investigations. We have a vast network of local contacts in Beijing, Shanghai as well as in Norther Chinese / Russian border regions. We have represented large international clients, among them Hyundai Steel, in trade disputes in Taiwan. We have provided strategic advice to clients with global operations on corporate restructurings and cross-border transactions involving Asian markets.
