Welcoming Galyna Carey as our New Partner and Head of the London Office!

We are excited to introduce Galyna Carey, who joins Fortior Law as a Partner and the Head of our London office.

Galyna is a legal professional qualified in England & Wales, with extensive expertise in high-value and complex disputes. She specializes in civil fraud, asset recovery, cross-border disputes, and banking litigation. Her experience spans litigation in the Senior Courts of England and international arbitration under LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, and LME rules.

Before joining us, Galyna built a distinguished career at leading English and US firms in the City of London. She is an active member of several esteemed organizations, including the LCIA, the Energy Arbitration Club, the Ukrainian Bar Association, and the Ukrainian Arbitration Association. She also serves on the committee of the British Ukrainian Law Association (BULA).

Galyna’s impressive track record includes high-profile cases such as the £1.5 billion PrivatBank litigation, a $1.8 billion oil assets claim against the Kurdistan Regional Government, and a $100 million LCIA arbitration dispute involving prominent global businesses.
