We are delighted to announce that Pavlo Moroz has joined Fortior Law as a Partner. He is one of Ukraine's most distinguished legal experts in cross-border M&A, corporate law, and tax and customs law.
With over 27 years of experience, Pavlo has been delivering strategic tax and legal solutions to multinational corporations, emerging businesses, and public sector initiatives.
Before joining Fortior, Pavlo served as a Managing Partner at a prominent Ukrainian law firm. Between 2001 and 2015, he held the position of Director of the Tax and Legal Department at two Big Four international audit firms, where he advised leading multinational corporations on investment and corporate structuring, international tax and legal planning, customs, M&A, due diligence, indirect taxation, and both Ukrainian and international corporate income tax. Since 2018, Pavlo has continued his professional practice at a prominent Ukrainian law firm that specialises in the same areas. Pavlo is a licensed Ukrainian advocate.
In addition to his private practice, Pavlo has a distinguished public service record. From 2016 to 2017, he served as Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine, where he led significant reforms in state registration and de-centralisation. His leadership during this period played a pivotal role in transforming Ukraine's corporate and regulatory landscape.
