We have authored a practical book on arbitration, called the Arbitration Guide. The guide accessibly explains the various procedural stages in arbitration and includes templates of main pleadings and applications.
We have heavily contributed to the establishment of the Caspian Arbitration Society and the development of its arbitration rules.
Our lawyers are qualified arbitrators with the Caspian Arbitration Society, the London Maritime Arbitrators’ Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Georgian International Arbitration Centre and other institutions.
